We offer a variety of packages to best accommodate your wishes. Packages are tailored to suit your needs, whether you’re planning an elaborate affair or a more intimate gathering. With our on-site four-bedroom home, you and your loved ones can stay together throughout the entirety of your special day.

Outdoor Property Wedding Amenities Include:
Captivating panoramic view of scenic Presidential Mountain Range in Maine and New Hampshire. You and your guests will fall in love with the scenery in the summer or fall.
This is an 80-acre property with 10 acres of well-manicured open space, allowing for a unique and personalized atmosphere. You can choose a theme that resonates with both of you, these personalized touches can create a meaningful and memorable ceremony that reflects your unique love story.
Rustic element of stone walls that were built centuries ago by early settlers
Newly built wedding arbor made of live edge logs. Sheer swag colors available for use are cream, gray, pink and peach.
Access to 7-foot live edge picnic table, gas firepit and large under deck swing
On-property parking for up to 75 cars, parking assistance provided, special needs guest guided to park closer to venue seating
A new onsite freshwater restroom and sink building will be added in 2026.

You can host your wedding outdoors or under a tent, always best to plan for dry accommodation in the event of rain.

Porta Potty rental required in 2025, one unit per 50 guests.
Onsite Log Home Amenities Include:
Newly remodeled log home originally bult in 2009, there are three floors of private space.
Magnificent mountain view from inside the home, picturesque views from all floors.
Spacious living room with large seating area that includes a 70" inch TV.
The lower level of the house can serve as a private bridal suite, it features a full bedroom, small kitchen area, 70 inch TV, two leather coaches and foosball table. This floor can also be rented if you’re hosting a smaller or local wedding (50 guests or less) and do not need access to the full house.
Four (4) bedrooms, sleeps 8. There are three full bathrooms and one ½ bathroom. Pull-out love seat converts to additional twin bed

How many hours are included in our booking?
Your reservation is from 10am to 10pm. Vendor set-up hours are one day prior to the event. All clean-up must be done by 11am the following day. All trash must be bagged and placed in the dumpster that is onsite or taken away by the catering company. Large trash bags will be provided.
Will there be on-site coordination available?
There will be an onsite property manager available to work with your designated point contact to ensure everything runs smoothly.
What is your cancellation policy?
A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remainder of the fee is due 30 days prior to the date of rental. A full refund will be given if cancellation is made at least 90 days prior to wedding event. A deposit refund will not be issued should you cancel 30 days prior to the wedding.
Do we need to get insurance?
Yes, you need to obtain your own event insurance and provide a copy to the venue 30 days in advance of the event.
Do you have on-site parking?
Yes, free self-parking that can accommodate up to 75 vehicles.
What is your peak season?
Our peak season is June through October.
Can you bring your own alcohol?
Yes, but it must be served by a licensed bar-tender.
What is your off-peak season?
We do not host weddings from November through May due to unpredictable weather.
Are there bathrooms available?
Newly constructed restrooms will be available on the property in 2026. All wedding party guests and vendors must use porta potty restrooms and not the house restrooms in 2025. The home septic system cannot handle mass volumes of people.
How to plan a blank canvas venue
While it can be extremely exciting for a motivated couple to create the perfect wedding, keep in mind it does require more involvement and planning than an all-inclusive venue. You will be given the flexibility to customize your dream wedding and scale it to the size and affordability you desire.
When considering a blank canvas wedding venue, we will provide you with a list of preferred vendors to help you begin the wedding of your dreams.
Not all blank canvas venues are treated equally. Please feel free to schedule a walk-through where you can take lots of pictures so you can plan the layout.
